Sentences to be in prison for the whole life and compensates 20.000.000 Riel of raping case

Kandal: A man who raped a 12-year old girl in the lake and killed was sentenced to be in prison for the whole life and compensated 20.000.000 Riel for intentional killing case. In the court, the rapist, Heng Bunleang, 42, confessed all he had done to the victim that he had raped then put his head down to the water until she died.
