Sexless person Files Complaint with Khmer Rouge Tribunal

Phnom Penh: A bisexual, who was badgered sexually during Pol Pot regime, filed a complaint to the Khmer Rouge Tribunal to find justice for him. This is the first case related to sex violence in the regime. The plaintiff has not identified the name just gave the contraction, s, bearing on the complaint paper. S, the bisexual, was raped, detained as well as mistreated badly by Pol Pot soldiers. Besides, S was punished for violating moral and acting as a lady, the complaint said.
