Shocked himself of fish shocking

Phnom Penh: A man was killed by shocking while he was shocking fish in the stream behind Tnot Chrum village, Boueng Tompon commune, Mean Chey district on 8, August 2007 morning. The victim was Sum Channy, 23, was known that he'd taken a long wire connected from construction site near the scene to shock the fish for food. But when he reached the stream, he was shocked dead.
