Smaller Brother Attacks Older Brother to dead

Kien Svay-Kandal: A perpetrator was arrested instantly by police after he chopped his older brother dead with a cleaver in his house at Kakithom village, Kakithom commune, Kiensvay district, Kadal province at 9:45pm on 07-04-07.
21-year-old famer Chean Thet and 23-year-old famer Chean Nat who live in the above adress are siblings.
That night, the victim was complitely drunken and went to his parents’s house, picking aquarrel with his parents and ruined all the things in the house.
Meanwhile the perpetrator, the victim’s smaller brother, tried to stopped him from doing that and he attacked his older brother with a big wood then he went away.
A few minutes later, the victim came back and made the argument with his parents again. This made the perpetrator very angry, so he took the cleaver in the house and attacked his older brother to dead.
The perpetrator was apprehended outright by polce.
