Student Drowns in Ou Cheu Teal Beach

Preah Sihanouk Province: A 17-year-old high school student drowned on Friday at around 2:15 pm on Ou Cheu Teal beach in Preah Sihanouk province. The grade 10 student, who lived in Phnom Penh’s Russey Koe district, rode a buoy alone. Unfortunately, a storm came, drowning him. The deceased student visited the beach with his friends. His corpse was sent to the provincial hospital.
