Teen charged for sexual harassment

Svay Rieng: A 21-year-old man was charged and put into provisional detention on Tuesday for sexual harassment. Police said the suspect last Tuesday visited his 2-year-old niece in Bavet town and attempted committed sexual harassment on her. Fortunately, her mother saw and intervened on time. The suspect escaped. The mother reported to police who arrested him the following days later.
