Teenager Rapes a 12-Year-old Girl

Kampongcham Province: A 19-year-old teen raped a minor girl at 2:30pm on 4 Jan 2007 in Kampong Siem district’s Koh Rokar commune when her parents had gone out. The rapist, who lives next door with the victim, known as Sen Soknoeurn escaped after raping the girl. Rokar Koh commune police said that the victim’s parents filed the complaint with police 30 minutes after the rape. The rapist is under the arrest.
