Teenager Rapes a 7-year-old girl

Pursat Province: Pursat province police arrested Nuon Kuoy, 18, for unsuccessful raping a 17-year-old girl Monday in Tra Pang Romdeng village, Kro Kor district’s Kbal Trach commune. Police said that the Nuon Kuoy raped the minor girl at around 5:30 p.m. near a bush after he watched a sex story at his friend’s house. In front of police, the teenager confessed that he held the girl to a canal near the bush. Unfortunately, her grand mother arrived in time. According to police, Nuon Kuoy wanted to have sex whenever he watched sex story with his friend.
