Teenager Robs his Friend

Kampong Cham Province: Kroch Chmar district police said that a 17-year-old teenager was arrested on Monday morning after he was accused of killing and robbery in Ksach Brocheleu village, Krouch Chmar commune. The accused man and one of his friends, 17, went to visit a dance at an engagement party. Meanwhile, he lured the victim to a quiet place and attacked him three times in the neck, taking a necklace and mobile phone. The victim was hospitalized and the attacker was apprehended after the victim’s mother reported to police.
