Thai Authority Arrest Khmer Worker, Connecting to Killing

Batteaymeanchey Province: Thai authorities arrested a 31-year-old Chen Chy on July 10, accusing him of connecting to a death of a Thai woman three years ago in Bangkor, said his wife Huot Sreyry, 28, on Tuesday, who asked Khmer authorities to intervene to get her husband back. The farmer Huot Sreyry, who lives in Thmey village, Ou Chrov district’s Oubey Chean commune, confirmed that her husband was tortured to the killing by giving him a shock. The accused entered Thailand to work in Thai field in Srah Keo province and was apprehended after arrived there.
