Thai Cancels Preah Vihear Visit of Foreign Delegations

Preah Vihear Temple: A Thai visit to Preah Vihear Temple, which included many delegations from 12 countries, was canceled by Thai that has not informed Cambodia Side about their missing in advance. On 12 March 2008, Thai Embassy in Cambodia sent a letter to Royal Government, informing Khmer Government that on 21 March 2008 Thai will guide the delegations from 12 countries to visit Preah Vihear Temple after they had visited some places in Thailand. On 21 March 2008, Border Committee Chief Va Kimhong with his delegations arrived Preah Vihear Temple early 8am to welcome them. Unfortunately, they have not come.
