Thai Soldiers Shoot Khmer Workers

Thai-Cabodian Border: One of Thai border soldiers fired five times on Cambodian workers, injuring badly one at around 7:45 p.m. on Sunday when they were on their way from Palai village, Srah Keo province’s AranhBrathet district, Thailand. One of the five farmers, 16-year-old Yen Sophy got seriously wounded in her high. Poipet district police chief Nut Ly said that the five Cambodian people live in Tuol Brasat Poipet town. They went to Thailand to work as farmer 20 days ago.
