Thai Soldiers Shoot two Cambodians to Death

Banteaymeanchay Province: An armed Thai man fired on 12 Cambodians, killing two at around 3 p.m. on 3 July 2008 about one kilometer from the border in Thailand site. Those people had crossed the frontier to find jobs as the workers in Thailand. Then they were under firing. A 6-year-old Chea Phal, one of the dead victims, was shot on his head and his body was carried back by his father Pan Chan, but the other corpse, which was shot in the stomach, remained in Thai territory. The Thai man accused them of crossing the border illegally.
