Thai Troop Devastates a GPS in Ta Moan Temple

Phnom Penh: A Thai troop snatched and damaged a Cambodian officer’s GPS at 12 pm on 20 Aug 2008 at Ta Moan Thom temple while around 65 officers of the ministry of culture and fine art were visiting the temple. Oddor Meanchay deputy governor Yoem Then claimed that the soldier destroyed the GPS in front of him. In the time, there were many of people going the temple so the machines were not allowed taking along. And as soon as Thai troop seeing the GPS, he snatched and devastated it immediately, he added.
