Thai Troops Ask Khmer Citizens about Uth Temple

Oddarmeanchay Province: Romdoul villagers, who always go out to pick liana in the forest, said on Friday that Thai black troops, who are patrol in Banteay Ompil district’s Ompil commune, asked them on Thursday about Uth temple in order to know the ancient temple’s location. But those villagers did not know where it is, neither. Thai soldiers want to control the temple so they informed the case to the local authorities and police force. The authorities said that the Uth temple is about one kilometer from the border of Banteaymeanchay and Oddar Meanchay province.
