Thai Troops Stop Khmer’s Tractors near the Border

Banteaymeanchy Province: At least 15 Thai troops tried to prevent three tractors from plowing Khmer people land in Sela Khmer village, Ou Chrov district’s Oubey Chean commune, Banteaymeanchey province. This is the second times that Thai troops halted the Khmer tractors although Khmer People plant on the land every year. The authority said that Thai troops did not listen to Khmer soldiers then they stopped the tractors. Ou Chrov district governor Koe Sen said that Thai troops just wanted to pick quarrel.
