The case of 3-year-old rape not yet judge

Phnom Penh: The police based at Komreang district said on 21st, May that the case of a 14 teen rape a 3-year-old girl was not yet judged. The rape case that both the victim and rapist are under 18 years old. However, the court will solve the case as soon as possible.
