The case of pop singer, Sok Pisey, not yet judged

The case of K.H promotion with Sok Pisey for violating the contract is nearly one year now without any judgement.
On 12 May 2006, Kim Heng, the owner of K.H promotion filed a complaint to Kandal province court about Sok Pisey for violating the contract. The contract stated that Sok Pisey would work for K.H promotion for 5 years, but Sok Pisey left K.H promotion while the contract not yet expire. In the case, Kim Heng asked Sok Pisey to pay 10,000$ for compensation.
