THE CONCLUSION OFTHE 2ND EU-CAMBODIA INTER-PARLIAMENTARY MEETING

 Phnom Penh: There will be a press conference on Friday 19 March 2010 from 17:30 h at Raffles Hotel Le Royal (Salon II). This Press Conference concludes the second EU-Cambodia inter-parliamentary visit.
The meeting is held to share the perspective of the European Parliament Delegation for relations with the countries of Southeast Asia and the Association of Southeast Asian
Nations (ASEAN) on various themes, including:
- Political situation in the Kingdom of Cambodia and the European Union
- Economic situation in the Kingdom of Cambodia and the European Union,
including the impact of the international financial and economic crisis, and
bilateral trade issues
- Development cooperation
- Human rights in the Kingdom of Cambodia and the European Union
- Developments in ASEAN
