The electricity available 24 hours but scarce of water in Keb

Ken Setha, deputy governer said that Keb now have been acessing to complete electricity but no investment in clean water. Keb electricity is taken from Viet Name and cost 800 Riels/ KW. There are many private companies had studied about water issue but none of them decided to invest because of not much residents.
