The Land Sellers Robbed After Selling Land

Oudor Meanchey: A robbery happened at Somrong Torng district at 12 o’clock in the middle night on 13 of April 2007 before Khmer New Year.
Van Nak, 32, and his wife Yoen Phal, 33, are the victims of the robbery. The victims said that before the event, he and his wife sold a land, which is 100m x 100m and got 10000 dollars. Fortunately, he had put the money at A C LIDA bank before the rubbery.
Related to the event, the victim added that in that time he, his wife and children, and his sister sat watching karaoke when the robbers ran into his house and forced them to give them 10000 dollars of selling his land or they would kill all his relatives, but he told them that he spent all money on building the gas station, did not kill us.
They did not believe him and suddenly beat this wife and then they tried to find the money in the house and took 350 thousands Riel some jewelry from his wife and his sister, a Nokir phone and some other groceries. Then they left safely.
The house owner added that no one died of the robbery.
