Thieves poison dogs and steal a modern motorcycle

Kampongspeu province: Three dogs were poisoned and one motorbike was stolen after a host of stealers had broken intoa house at around 2 am on 9 December 2007 in Boeng Chram Khang Tboung village, Prah Nipean commune.
