Three Main Challenges Were Solved by the Government

Phnom Penh: Mentioning in the wrap-up meeting to evaluate the education, youth and sports in Phnom Penh in the academic year 2010-2011 and target for academic year 2011-2012 in the afternoon of December 28, 2011, H.E Governor KEP Chuk Tema had addressed 3 main challenges to be solved by the Royal Government which would spend most of national budget in 2011 were:
+ 1st Issue: : World financial crisis affected to the economy and livelihood of the people in the world and the developing countries like Cambodia was also affected by price inflation. However that situation was restored if comparing to other countries in the globe. The Royal Government of Cambodia under wise leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padie Techo HUN SEN had led Cambodia’s economy to overcome the crisis as other countries in the Asia. During that bad occasion, we could stabilize the finance, macro-economy and social stability; particularly living condition stability of the citizens.
2nd Issue: : The intrusion of Siam soldiers during the APHISITH’s government thus let the Royal Government of Cambodia to spend more national budget for protecting the country in order to avoid from any invasion on our territory and stood on the principle of legal, politic, diplomatic and army. Recently, the politic and relationship atmosphere of both countries had become better and people could live in peace and prosperity around the border.
+ 3rd Issue: : Flood issue had destroyed agricultural products of the citizens, houses and other infrastructures and could heavily affect the livelihood of the people. The Government had never given up their citizens and let them faced difficulties alone. The Government had struggled to solve those people with various countermeasures with cooperation and supports from various donors and Cambodian Red Cross led by Lok Chum Teav BUN RANY HUN SEN in order to restore the people’s lifestyle who had affected by flood.
