Three Men Arrested for Debauchery

Phnom Penh: Police said that Phnom Penh court held three men temporarily under the charge with committing the debauchery with under age boy and girl in guest houses in Phnom Penh. A 62-year-old Greek tourist man Kampalios Christos was apprehended on 11th April in Doun Penh district when he was committing debauchery with a 15-year-old girl in a guest house. A 61-year-old French man Jacques Bernard Rene Collinet was arrested on 1st April. He had sex with a 13-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl in guest house in Doun Penh district and 47-year-old Thai man Phung Thanakorn was arrested on 17th April. The man lured a boy to commit debauchery at Sok Heng guest house.
