Three men Rape A 13-Year-Old Girl

 Kandal Province: A girl was raped by three men  at 9:15 pm on August 12, 2007 in Prek Thmey village, Prek Thmey commune, Kien Svay district. Only one of the three, arrested by police immediately after they raped the victim. The rapist known as Yuob Yoeub, 23 and the two other fled Soy Siv, 22, and Sem Math, 22. The three lives in  Prek Thmey village, Prek Thmey commune, Kien Svay district, Kan Dal province.
