Three Phnom Penh Robbers Arrested

Phnom Penh: Phnom Penh serious penal military office on 16 August 2007 identified the three teenager robbers who are related to the recent robberies. The three: Kruoch Socheat, 18-year-old student at Auntrak Tevi high school in grade 12; Kea Phearum, 17-year-old student at Auntrak Tevi high school in grade 10; Chay Bunchay, 17-year-old waiter. Milatary police also showed two motorbikes and a gun that they used to do the action. They committed the robbery many times in Phnom Penh City.
