Phnom Penh: Three political parties, Samrainsy, Humans Right and Norodom Ranarihhd, which dismissed the result of the 2008 national election, sent a letter to the king Norodom Sihamony to sue the National Election Committee for the irregularities in the national assembly election on Monday 27 July 2008. The three parties said that at least one million Cambodian people could not vote because of their names were deleted and were used by some one else. Tep Nytha, Secretary General of NEC, said it was the right of those parties to sue any one, but only charter council can solve the problems.
