Toek Thlar Police Arrest a Host of Motorbike Stealers

Phnom Penh: Six people, who are suspected of motorcycle stealers, were apprehended by Toek Thlar police at 2:14pm on 28 December 2007 at a rented house in Eussey Keo district’s Toek Thlar commune. After the detention, police confiscated four motorbikes, six mobile phones, four purses and other things. Police said that the detaining followed the local citizens’ report. Ok Lout, One of the six, was detained by police many times, but he was just in the prison for short time, and did the same thing after releasing, local citizens said.
