Top clothes factory's labours complain about salary payment

Phnom Penh: 60 representatives of 700 clothes garment factory's labours in Kontouk commune, Angsnuol district, Kandal province complained about the late salary payment on 2nd July in front of Social Affair Ministry. According to labour development union's complaint, the factory owner paid salary again and again, paying only 50% in May. The employer neve kept the promise.
