Tractor Trailer Runs over Schoolgirl’s Head

Phnom Penh: An 18-year-old girl was killing in a really shock traffic accident at around 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday in Tuol Kork district’s Boeng Kork II commune. The dead victim known as Buntheoun Phorley Povorlak was a student in Wat Phnom high school. The bystanders said that the deceased girl fell while she crossed the road. Meanwhile, the tractor trailer ran over and killer her immediately on the spot. The driver escaped from the scene. According the traffic law, the tractor trailers are not allowed to enter the city. People criticized traffic police on the case.
