Traffic Accident Kills 28 People during Phum Ben Day

Phnom Penh: The traffic accident, which happened until 131 times during Phum Ben day, killed 28 people, getting serious injured 117, and slightly wounded 145. This decreased comparing to last year killing, said Phnom Penh traffic police. The traffic accident occurred the most in Kandal and Battambang province. 2007 traffic accident during Phum Ben happened 213 times, killing 36 people, injured 151, and 259 were slightly wounded. Within eight months in 2008, the first number is the traffic accident, the second is IADS and the third is mine blast.
