Two Die in Car Crash on National Route Five

Battembang Province: Two men were killed immediately on the spot after their motor bike crashed with a tourist bus in the contrast direction on the national route number five on July 28 in Ou Cha Krung village. A 200-year-old Touch Peoun and a 22-year-old Hien Vichet tried to overtake a cow containing truck and careered towards the bus at around 7:30 p.m, said provincial traffic police, who added that the fatal traffic accident was attributable to the high speed driving and the two deceased did not wear the helmet.
