Two garment Workers Arrested for Rape

Phnom Penh: Two men of four were arrested for raping a garment worker, who had filed the complaint with police on 28 Jan 2008. The two known as Lei Seila, 21, and Soa Ratha, 22, live in a rental house in Chom Choa village, Dang Kor district. The victim, 19, lives in above address with the rapists. Before the rape happened, they went out, drinking sour wine together, police said.
