Two Garment Workers Die on the Road

Phnom Penh: Koe Socheata, 19, and Koe Linda, 18, who are siblings, were killed in a traffic accident when they were taking their motorbike to work on Wednesday morning in Chamkamon district’s Tomnubtek commune. According to an eyewitness, a truck ran into the two dead victims in the back in the same direction and escaped from the scene. The deceased Koe Linda died in the nearby hospital due to the serious injury and her older sister Koe Socheata died immediately at the scene after the truck ran over her head. Police are looking for the truck.
