Two Heroin Transporters combining Jail 58 years

Two men were brought behind bar for 58 years on Monday about the case of 2 kg Heroin traffic by Phnom Penh Municipal Court, Mr. Sao Meach, Phnom Penh Municipal judge, said Tuesday. He added that the two prisoners were Taiwanese hided the Heroin in their shoes through Phnom Penh International Airport.
Yen Chuan Hseh, 48 was trialed to 30 years in jail ands charged $17.136 and another one was Chritsung Lieh, 58 was given 28 years and commanded to pay $14.688 in fines. Defense attorney Poeung Thyda said Tuesday she was too busy to talk to reporter. However, Sao Meach said the punishment fitted the crime. “Heroin from on gram and upwards is punishable by 20 and 30 years annd life in prison, he said.
