Two Men Arrested after Shooting Freely

Phnom Penh: Two men named Miech Sokha, 37, and another man Pech Sokeoun, 27, were arrested when they got drunk and angry with restaurant’s manger that passed the receipt for them and also angry with some other men drinking nearby table. Then one of them took a handgun out to shoot freely in the air and when one police arrived, he shot thrice more.
One perpetrator Miech Sokha, bodyguard, lives in northern Porprok village, Ka Kab commune and another man lives in Teok Tla village, Sang Kat Teok Tla, Khan Rusey Keo. People living around the area said that they feel concerned with powerful men because those always make conflict in the Kei Sor restaurant.
