Two Men arrested for Thievery

Phnom Penh: Two men, who were charged with thievery, were detained and sent to police office by house owners at 1:30 on 30 Jan 2008 in Trapang Chouk village, Eussey Keo district’s Toek Thlar commune. The two went into the house in order to steal motorbikes. A 63-year-old house owner Tieng Song said that her house has four modern motorcycles. She and her neighbors often lose properties and motorbikes. The two stealers refused the charge, saying that they went there to borrow some money from their friends.
