Two Men Drown while Fishing

Kampongspeu Province: Two fisher men drown while they were fishing on 13 November, 2007 in Bor Seth district’s Sway Chor Choeb commune. The first man known as Sok Kun, 58, was swirled by flowing water when he was picking up his fishing instruments from a canal at 9:30am. The other victim known as Luch Cheurn, 47, lived in Bor Seth district’s Sway Chor Choeb commune. The villagers said that he had the mental problem, and he used to convulse many times like the epilepsy disease.
