Two Men Robbed and Chopped

Kampong Speu Province: Two men were attacked and robbed of their motorbike at 12am on 30 November 2007 on national road four in Chamkar Mon district’s Sopor Tep commune when they returned from visiting their relatives in Rokar Thom commune. The victim known as Chhay Sim, 42, and Chuon Kheng, 42, were serious injured. The robbers fled safely. Until 1 December, the victim Chhay Sim still unconscious, police said.
