Two Perpetrators Arrested After Pulling out Neck Lace

June 25, 2007: One perpetrator was arrested and another was shot once to injure after they pulled out neck lace of a woman and tried to escape. The event happened at 3:30 pm in Wat Romduol village, Chamkar Samroung commune, Battambang province.
The victim woman named Long Sivanra, 37, is a military doctor and she lives in Kantuot village, Battambang district. She said that when she was riding her motorcycle from work toward home, two civil men riding on a motorbike after her and pulled her neck lace out.
