Two Police Shot, Injured at Night

July 17, 2007: Daon Yoy commune’s police officers were shot once each by unidentified man at 1:00 a.m. in Kandal village, Daon Yoy commune, Chhuk district. They were shot when they came to see the conflict scene after they were informed. A victim police named Meng Yon, 50, was shot in left hip and another known as Not Pahn, 23, was shot in right hip.
