Two security guards arrested in attack

Phnom Penh: Daun Penh district police in Phnom Penh arrested two security guards after they attacked a taxi driver in a verbal argument on Wednesday in Wat Phnom commune. 36-year-old Nov Ratan got injury in his head and body. Eyewitness said that the two security guards kept eyes on the victim. The victim asked for the reason why they looked at him. Meanwhile, they hit him. The two men were sent to court, police said.
