Two Suspects Arrested in Explosion by Vietnamese Monument

July 30, 2007: One day after an explosion of TNT- artificial bomb pushed out near Vietnamese monument in Cambodia, two suspects were arrested after investigating evidence and interviewing witnesses. The two suspects are Kampuchea Krom people. One is Mr. Kem Teoun, 53, former military Khmer Rouge, lives in Beong Salang village, Russei Keo commune, Phnom Penh and another is Mr. Sern Than, 42, lives in Samaky village, Russei Keo commune. They both confessed that they really had made the radio-controlled detonator bomb. Police said that the detonation is relevant to a democratic man living in the United State.
