Two Taiwanese Sentenced 25 Years in Prison

September 27, 2007: A brother and sister from Taiwan were sentenced by Phnom Penh Municipal Court to 25 years each in prison for drug trafficking. Judge Chey Sovann said that Huang Yucheng, 35, and her brother Ly Yuchung, 32, were also fined a total of $10,000. The two excused smuggled more than 2 kg of heroin through Phnom Penh International Airport in September 2006.
