Two Teenagers Rape a Deaf Girl

Kampot Province: Two suspects were arrested on Sunday night for accusing of raping a 17-year-old deaf girl in Boeng vilage, Boeng Nimol commune, Chouk district. The making arrest followed the mother of the victim girl filed a complaint with her local authorities. Kampot provincial police chief In Chiva said that the detainees known as Sroeurn Souy and Ok Thouch. One of the two fled. According to the victim’s mother, her daughter was raped when she joined a dance in the village. The rapists gave her daughter 15 000 riel (around 4$) to lured her. Police are looking for the escaped.
