Two Teenagers Shot to Dead and Injured by Thai Police

Banteay Meanchey Province: Two teenagers were shot to dead and injured by Thai police in leg when they brought cows to field along border gate in Prey Kub village, Poi Pet commune, Ou Chrov district. The dead teenager named Korn Bun, 16, lived in Prey Kub village and the injured teenager known as Siev Rattanak, 16, lives in the same village. They both have worked as workers to watch cows for Thai boss for about 4 years.
Perpetrator, who has shot the two teenagers, said that he fired them on charge of having stolen poultry from Thai villagers.
