UNFPA Plans to Contribute US$27 Million to Cambodia

April 23, 08: UNFPA plans to contribute US$27 million to Cambodia for the aid from 2006-2010. This is the claim of Ms. Alice Levisay, new president of UNFPA, when meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Hou Namhong, minister of Foreign Affair and International Cooperation. The aid plan focuses on three sectors: development and people, gender and sexual and reproductive health.
