US increases Visa fee

Phnom Penh: US embassy in Cambodia has announced on 18 December that from 1st January 2008, the fee for Visa application will increase from $100 to $131 while the fee for immigrant Visa is $20 added. The reason for increasing this fee is because of the expenditure is much higher than the Visa fee. Due to the current expend on security and other recent new information technology, US foreign affair ministry can not effort with these spending.
