US shows its stance for Preah Vihear candidacy as world treasure

Phnom Penh: US shown its stance in supporting Preah Vihear temple as the world treasure even there is opposition from third party. The US stance was shown in the meeting between Josep. A Mussomeli, US ambassador in Cambodia and Sok An, Deputy Prime Minister on 17 July. US ambassador said that it is impossible for opposition of the third party that does not allow Preah Vihear as the world treasure. US ambassador will go to US in August to discuss the help for Cambodia's Preah Vihear. He added that US is ready to help Preah Vihear to be the world treasure.
