UXO goes off, killing man, Injuring girl

Oddar Meanhey: An UXO exploded, killing 34-year-old man immediately and injuring a girl on Monday at 7 am in Oddar Meanhey’s Anglong Veng district. The deceased Y Phak made a fire to warm himself in this cold season on a leaves covered-UXO. It went off several minutes later. The girl, 15, was wounded in one of her thighs when she was walking pass the scene. She was sent to Anglong Veng district hospital for medical treatment.
